Linda Chung Shows Off 23-inches Waist

Expecting some sexy ad photos from Linda Chung soon?

Always have a healthy image, Linda is endorsing for a beauty salon the first time. Lately she is busy filming dramas, but she would still take some time off to have treatments at the salon.

Yesterday Linda was spotted  at the salon again. She is not out of shape even busy filming; her arms are toned up and there is no excessive fat on her 23-inches waist. A staff was measuring her waist, arms, and thighs. Then she moved on to the scale, and appeared to be very happy when she saw her current weight.

Later she went into another room for facial and waist treatment. After treatments, she enjoyed some self-packed fruits salad; she even prepared homemade soup to drink. Linda has been eating very healthily lately, eating lots of fruits and vegetables as seen on her Weibo. Looks like this is essential if you want to stay fit and lose weight.

Linda Chung Accused of Spreading Flu in TVB

It's the flu season again and many people are catching the flu, including TVB artists. Many artists currently filming upcoming drama "九江十二坊" caught the flu, like leads Linda Chung, Sunny Chan, and Bowie Lam. As for the source of flu, Sunny exposed it's actually Linda.

"Linda was the first one to get sick, and she keeps working everyday. She is probably the one who spreads it out," he said.

In fact, Linda has been sick for more than a month. As for she is accused of spreading flu virus, she just treats it like a joke, but still worries whether she is the one who caused many people to get sick.

"They're all blaming on me now," she joked. "But it's true that I was the first one to get sick. Besides Sunny and Bowie, staff behind-the-scene are sick, too."

Although she already went to the doctors three times, she still didn't get any better and it's affecting her to speak during filming. Sunny is even worst: he can't speak.

"I lost my voice. I had to pretend I was speaking on-screen, then voice over later. Good that I'm alright now," the actor said.

Linda Chung Didn't Quarrel On the Streets

Rumors rumors rumors.

A netizen wrote on a Hong Kong forum yesterday, saying that he/she saw Linda Chung quarreling with a foreigner on the streets. Also adding she looked skinner and shorter than she appears on-screen.

However, this is not true! In fact, the TVB actress was just filming her MV for new song "If You Want Me" with a foreign director. Because the MV is a little sad, she was required to be in a lonely mood. While she was on the set, she discussed with the director often about filming with a normal tone. Even that caused a big misunderstanding.

Linda had a big reaction when she heard about the rumor.

"I didn't quarrel with anyone! Got fooled on Chinese New Year!"

But because her family is not coming to Hong Kong this year, she gets homesick again: "I miss my family every year during Chinese New Year. I can only feel the warmness this year by going to my friend's place. I wish my family and I can go to a trip together. The last time it happened was when I was 16!"

Linda said attending to her sister's wedding earlier made her wants to get married, too bad she did not catch the bridal bouquet. Asked when would be her term to distribute red envelopes, she said: "Of course I hope it'll be soon. I hope can openly say I got married. (Mommy urging you to get married?) She did! I told her I tried very hard already! Should be soon!"

It is said Raymond Lam is being urged to get married, rumored girlfriend Linda said she did not know, but she pointed out he is at a right age to get married. In addition, she also expressed she will not go to Raymond's house to pay him a new year call.

Linda Chung and Wong He 'Split'

Actors from TVB series "Twilight Investigation" attended to a second promotion event yesterday. They asked people to put on a 囧 "gwing" look (囧 nowadays means frustrated, helpless, embarrassed, upset) and attracted many people to participate.

Leads Linda Chung and Wong He expressed they are satisfied with the ratings. Since no one writes about them, invites them to pair as a couple, and follows them, Wong He announced "breaking up" with Linda: "I announce we've part our ways. I fired her. I can only continue my career on my own."

Reporters joked perhaps the reason is because Linda and Raymond Lam is already a well-known couple pair, and Wong He said: "It proves TVB really knows how to support its artistes, using many money, ways, angles, and levels!"

Linda expressed this is the happiest drama she ever films and it is quite challenging. Netizens criticized her acting is too exaggerated, the actress explained it is necessary for her character. As for her character is obsessed with Raymond, who is her rumored boyfriend in real life, she said: "It's necessary according to the script. Well, Raymond Lam is very popular, it's right for him to be anyone's idol."

Wong He & Linda Chung Team Up As On-screen Couple

Wong He and Linda Chung attended to the promotion event for new series "Twilight Investigation" (囧探查過界).  Wong even said he wants to team up with Linda as a new unofficial on-screen couple, and Linda generously agreed.

Wong said: "This time I want to pair with Linda as the end-of-the-year on-screen couple. Never tried that the 16 years I'm in showbiz. Hope everyone give us a chance. (Must face strong competitors like Raymond Lam and Ron Ng?) We are unofficial on-screen couple. I'll replace them when they're busy, trying to make Linda stand out. She really wants to buy a house. If she has more work, then she can buy one more quickly. (She already owns one?) Then I'll give this opportunity to another one. Oceane Zhu is not bad." Wong also worried about the series because it is aired after anniversary series "No Regrets." But he is confident because first episode is already very funny.

Linda said: "I also want to pair with Wong He. Always rumor with Raymond and Ron, Wong He rarely has rumors. It would be happy if we can take stage jobs together. He is a very good partner." She admitted wanting to buy another house because there is not enough rooms when her parents stay in Hong Kong.

Is Linda Chung Thinking About Ron Ng At Work?

Although she is always rumored of dating Raymond Lam, but lately Linda Chung has a new rumored boyfriend---Ron Ng, and it's said that Raymond and Ron ended their 11 years brotherhood because of Linda. Earlier Linda was shooting new series <抉宅男女> with Michael Miu and she appeared not focusing during the shoot. Without Ron, Linda seemed less energetic and often day-dreamed before official shooting. She was shooting a scene of drinking beer with Michael, and perhaps she really needed that alcohol to ease her troubles.

Charmaine Sheh's New Series Receives High Ratings, Celebration Event is Canceled

TVB new series "Can't Buy Me Love" was premiered yesterday and received 36 points ratings. However, Broadcast Authority received 11 complaints, pointing it's inappropriate for TVB to air a comedy. It's known "Can't Buy me Love" would celebrate if ratings is 30+. But producer Mui Siu Ching expressed the celebration event is cancelled and said the point of this series is to send a message of love.

Actors from "Can't Buy Me Love" Charmaine Sheh and Linda Chung have different reactions to high ratings. Charmaine said: "It's contradicting. Don't plan to celebrate. I haven't calm down my mood. Watching the news yesterday, my tears couldn't help but fell." Linda said: "News is news, series is series, how can there be embarrassments? Although I care about people's lives, too, but would still support the series. (It's not suitable to put on a comedy?) Don't know how to answer. I believe company didn't arrange on purpose."

TVB live broadcast the hostage-taking event in Philippines yesterday and received 31 ratings. But some people still complained that it's disturbing to keep reporting "all hostages are dead" during family hour. In addition, someone said foul languages in the news reporting yesterday and external affairs assistant director Tseng Shing Ming said it wasn't TVB reporters who said those things; he believes viewers would understand.

TVB to Film HK Version of Mainland Series 'Dwelling Narrowness'

(Poster of series "Dwelling Narrowness")

Although "Beauty Knows No Pain" and "Mysteries of Love" are accused of plagiarism, but TVB doesn't mind and would continue this trend, copying Mainland's hit series "Dwelling Narrowness." This HK version would start filming next month and titled <<抉宅男女>>. Linda Chung, Joyce Tang, Ron Ng, and Michael Tse would be in various relationships. Michael Miu would pair with Sonija Kwok. Linda's character is just like "Hai Zao" in "DN," who would not hesitate to commit indecent deals in order to climb up to the ladder.

As for this new series is obviously copying "DN," producer Cheung Kong Man didn't feel there is a problem: "You need to share good things with others and promote it. New series would talk about housing problems. It's the same in Shanghai and Hong Kong, housing is a problem residents are facing. It's also a way for viewers to vent their emotions."

Currently busy filming "Yes Sir, No Sir," Linda said she already received DVDs of "DN" and plans to watch it right away after work: "Producer already told me to pay close attention to 'Hai Zao.' (Copying obviously?) I'm an actor. My responsibility is to portray characters well."

Although Sonija hasn't received notice of filming this series, but she said she would feel proud of working with Michael Miu: "I worked with him once in 'Au Revoir Shanghai,' but I died when I appeared. (TVB copying?) Everyone is doing it. American's 'Infernal Affairs' copied Hong Kong's."

Fala disclosed next year she would develop her career in both music and television industries. She couldn't believe she would have a chance to perform stage drama, she said: "I just got to know about it. Then next year I have to divide myself into several parts, need to divide time carefully." Linda Chung Praises Raymond Lam is Perfect

Source: Mingpao
Translated b: KAY
Raymond Lam was said to have done plastic surgery---his chin is more elongated and got taller that he resembles a shrimp dumpling (har gau). Rumored girlfriend Linda Chung attended to a po leung kuk event yesterday. She was asked has she see 'har gau jai' lately, but she mistakened 'har gau jai' as Kelly Chen's son, and praised him very cute. After knowing reporters mean Raymond, she joked: "Ah! You guys are talking about the one with prince disease!"

Linda said she read about that report, she said the pictures they posed have angle problems, and stressed sometimes she can be seen with a shrimp dumpling-shaped chin.

Then whether she believes he got plastic surgery, she said embarrassingly: "That's his choice, I don't know. I haven't seen Raymond for a long time, but I believe he didn't get anything done, he's very perfect already, no need to!" Asked whether she likes boyfriend to have a shrimp dumpling shaped chin? She said happily: "I think it's pretty cute." Raymond got plastic surgery for her? She smiled and said "silly," then pointed out many foreigners also have that type of chin.

Linda said she likes children a lot and just sponsored a child through po leung kuk, but no chance to meet at the moment. Since she likes children, how many of them is she planning to have in the future? She said: "Always want to have more than 2 kids, maybe 3! Boy or girl? Doesn't matter, but I think grandmas likes to have a grandson." When to become a mom? She expressed she still have time: "One every year, I still have lots of time! Technology is very advance nowadays, you can still have kids when you're old."

Raymond attended to "The Voice" concert, asked about the rumor of him getting his chin fixed? He joked: "I think the report is very funny, maybe if I train to have bigger chest muscle, they will say I have breast implant, trying to become E-cup god."
