She didn't end up being a 40-year-old virgin.
At 39-year-old, she and music composer Huang Kuo Lun (known for composing Faye Wong's classic 'I Will') tied the knot in Jerusalem last November. They are both Christians and it was a blessing to them to get married in the place where Jesus walked his way to.
But the most interesting subject to reporters is virginity.
"He's my only man in my whole life," she said sweetly, "It's the feeling of faithful to the end...it's very beautiful."
Think about it, how many people nowadays in the society actually keep their virginity and end up being with one partner in their whole lives?
Split after 3 months: physical attraction
Split after 2 years: not the one, long distance perhaps
Split after 7 years: the itch
Split after 10+ years: divorce is common
It's that special tie between two people, the bond that keep them together, maybe that's the eternal love many failed to accomplish. Maybe it's not the right person in the end, not the right time, not the right place...
It doesn't matter whether you're a Christian or not, that special bond isn't obtained solely by religion.
It's in your hands.
