The fact that Wu Chun is going solo is now official.

Wu Chun has decided not to renew his contract with HIM Records. The first thing he worked on after going solo is his own official fan club "Chun Zone International Fan Club," which was opened last month. The first fans meeting was held yesterday and 300 fans from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and even Japan and Korea came.

Although now going solo, but the 31-year-old said he will still attend to events and endorse with Calvin Chen, Jiro Wang, and Aaron Yan as Fahrenheit together. He will focus on films this year and has no plans to release an album.

People are curious about his love life, and the actor expressed he hasn't date since he was 16. He doesn't really want to make relationship public.

"I don't want my partner to be in any trouble," he said. "Of course I want to share with everyone, but still have to look at the situation."

Wu Zun Expands Fitness Career in Shanghai

Not only he opened his own gym in hometown Brunei, Wu Zun now expands his fitness business in Mainland China.

Opened three gym on his own already, Wu Zun opened another associated gym "Wu Zun Gym" in Shanghai. He does not need to invest with his own money, only needs to provide his image and cooperate with investors. The gym has basketball court, swimming pool, and hot yoga room, etc.

The Fahrenheit member feels cool to have a gym that names after him. It is also cool for him to see his photos and name in the gym, making him very proud.

"I don't dare to put my photos in my gym in Brunei," he says.

Having a muscular body every guy wants, Wu Zun is actually a professional. He earned a certificate of spinning workout in America and can teach courses. But lately his image of muscle man is challenged by fellow Fahrenheit member Jiro Wang, who spends three days at the gym every week.

"He's good, but I absolutely won't let loose of myself."

Goo Hye Sun Knows Which Part of Wu Zun is the Most Robust

In GTV-Comic Ritz's idol drama, Taiwanese version of "Absolute Boyfriend," Wu Zun has to wear a tight white body suit in order to play a perfect robot boyfriend. His body shape is clearly visible. Once praised Wu Zun's muscular body, female lead of the drama, Korean actress Goo Hye Sun was asked what is the most robust from Wu Zun. She blushed and just laughed, didn't know how to answer. Wu Zun jumped in to help her out from the embarrassing situation: "You don't have to answer this question."

On the set, the leads perform with their native language. Goo says her lines in Korean and Wu Zun says his in Mandarin. Wu Zun disclosed he learned some Korean from Goo right away. "I learned 'a-lah-so' (I know) and 'ken-chia-nai' (it's okay)," he said. Language barrier is quite a problem for them and the two disclosed they know when to say their lines based on each other's body language. But it doesn't work all the time. For an example, during the shooting of several scenes, they had already said their lines but still didn't hear the director say 'cut'---in fact, they didn't know their shot is already over. "I think it only happens in the beginning of shooting. Then our chemistry will get better over time," Wu Zun expressed. "It was a little messed up, but really fun," Goo said.

Goo Hye Sun Searches Wu Zun's Topless Photos Online

It's confirmed that Taiwan is shooting their TV version of Japanese manga "Absolute Boyfriend," a love story between robot and human, and the leads are Wu Zun, popular member in group Fahrenheit, and Goo Hye Sun, South Korean actress better known in the K-version of "Boys Over Flowers."

Yesterday the two idols met each other the first time in the press event for their new drama. Perhaps into his character already, Wu Zun was "behaving like a robot" in contrast to Goo's frank personality. Wu Zun wants to give a good impression since it's his first time working with Korean actress. But he was too polite that he even asked Goo's translator shyly "can I put my hand on her shoulder?" when reporters request the pair to stand a little closer.

Nudity is something pretty much everyone is concern about [In 'Absolute Boyfriend,' there are scenes where the robot Nighto appears topless, even naked. Of course, important part is covered!]. After watching the Japanese version of the drama, Goo immediately go to search explicit photos of Wu Zun had taken in the past, and she is very satisfied. "He has a good body, plus he is handsome," the actress praised. "And I'm very excited to see scenes of him going naked." That scared Wu Zun and he told her she doesn't have to answer questions like that.

Hundreds of Fans Welcome Fahrenheit in HK

Popular Taiwanese group Fahrenheit arrived Hong Kong yesterday for today's album signing. Members Wu Zun, Jiro Wang, Aaron Yan, and Calvin Chen arrived at the airport around noon. Been waiting their idols so long, hundreds of fans ran to them immediately when they saw Fahrenheit, causing a big mess. Security guards had to push fans and reporters away in order to protect the group, however, they weren't in a good temper and treated the crowd badly. Wu Zun tried to control the scene and told fans to be careful. But fans were still acting excitedly. A lucky fan even successfully broke the barrier and got a chance to shake hands with Jiro [see picture 3].

The four received many gifts from these fans that they didn't have a hand to hold them. Celebrating his 31 birthday on October 10, Wu Zun was asked about his birthday wishes. He said he wants to spend more time with the family.  Asked what is he getting from Fahrenheit members, Calvin joked, "We gave him a car."

Wu Zun Freaks Out On the Set of New Drama

Always have a good temper, Wu Zun actually vented out his anger at the set of "Sunshine Angel" (陽光天使). He explained yesterday: "Been too busy lately. My dad came to visit me and stayed Taiwan for 4 days. But we only talked 30 minutes in total. It's kinda exaggerating to say I freaked out, but I'm really not in a good mood."

Fahrenheit's new album "Super Hot" is releasing on September 17. Group members have been busy shooting photos, filming MV, and attending to promotion events. At the same time, Wu Zun is also filming "Sunshine Angel" and not getting enough sleep. He said: "I haven't been this tired since I made my debut. There are several days that after I finished filming drama, I have to film MV, after MV, I have to return to the cast. It seems I didn't get 10 hours of sleep these 4 days. I really want a clone."

Wu Zun said he doesn't even have time to return to Brunei like he used to after debuting in the movie industry this year. Since "Sunshine Angel" returned to Taiwan for filming, he wants his dad to come to Taiwan to visit. But Wu Zun can't believe the 4 days his dad was in Taiwan, he himself spent 3 days filming in Yilan. At the last day, he asked his dad to come visit him at the filming place. But when the two finally met and talked, staff kept hurrying him to get back to filming, making him feel very annoyed.

Wu Zun is Seasick But Didn't Forget to Eat; Rainie Yang Enjoys Sea Breeze

New idol drama "Sunshine Angel" fancied the unpolluted Okinwana and used it to film a love story featuring sea and sunshine. The crew spent much money in renting helicopters and yachts to film scenes on the sea. In the end because of big waves, Wu Zun, who was on a speedboat, and staffs on the helicopter went seasick; only Rainie Yang was fine and remained cheerful.

Rainie plays a Taiwanese who grew up in Okinawa in this drama. When she arrived Okinawa, she first put on bronze lotion, trying to make her skin look tanned. She worried her pale legs won't make her look like a local Okinawa resident. Director told her don't worry, because he just came to Okinaawa and filmed for one day, he already turned tanned. Wu Zun's forehead and nose were sunburned.

Production unit spent money on yacht and helicopters. Wu Zun, who gets seasick easily, held onto his sickness to prevent throwing up, he even showed off by controlling the yacht with single hand. They thought Wu Zun can't eat lunch due to seasick, but he said he would eat if he can, otherwise if he wants to throw up later nothing would come out.

When filming helicopter scenes, the crew got close with the sea several times and Wu Zun felt dizzy immediately. In contract, Rainie was still energetic. She said she likes the sea a lot and she reminded staff to look far away to enjoy sea breeze.
