Ron Ng: I Dated Viann Zhang

It takes so long for Ron Ng to confirm his love life.

The actor's girlfriend Viann Zhang supposedly used the actor's Weibo account to post by mistake. The simple post caused a stir but at the same time officially confirmed the two are no ordinary pair. Yesterday Ron went back to TV city and was surrounded by many reporters. He first apologized to his fans and family, saying he knew nothing about the incident before hand.

"Because I went to Toby Leung's wedding, I didn't know what happened until around 4AM," he said. "I was shocked."

The 32-year-old also confirmed his relationship with Viann, but in a vague way. He didn't say whether he is still in a relationship with her.

"I...yes, I dated her," he said. "Give some space to us."

Ron expressed Viann already apologized and promised things like this won't happen again. He was protecting the actress and said he won't think more.

The Mainland actress later posted on Weibo, stressing the whole thing was just an accident.

"It was just an accident, no need to make a fuss," she wrote. "I know others won't believe I just logged into the wrong account. I hope you guys give me some space."

Ron Ng's Weibo Account Used by Girlfriend, Causes a Stir

Ron Ng is in trouble again.

Last night, fans were surprised and shocked to read the TVB star's "latest" post on Weibo (aka Chinese twitter). The star himself wasn't in the picture nor he wrote the post, it was his Mainland girlfriend Viann Zhang Xinyu.

"So tired. Don't wanna do anything but sleep after work. Head hurts," wrote the actress.

The picture she posted was she on the bed and fans worried whether this is another bed photo incident like Raymond Lam's. The simple post caused a stir and provoked a fight between fans of both parties. Some claimed Ron was being used and some supported it was a mistake post.

Ron himself chose not to make a public appearance, and only expressed the photo wasn't taken on his bed.

"I have nothing else to say," he said. "I can only said it wasn't taken in my house. Talk about this later."

TVB executive Virginia Lok also explained for Ron, saying Vianna does have the password to the actor's account and the reason behind the post was just wanting more attention from the actor.

Viann's manager, however, expressed it was just a mistake. They will not say more about the incident.

The couple met last year during the filming of Mainland drama "Pretty Maid." Ron always tries to keep his relationship a low-profile, but the girlfriend doesn't buy that. She once exposed her whereabouts in Hong Kong on Weibo and later their relationship was reported. Then earlier Ron was photographed picking her up at the airport and bringing her home. They might not admit their relationship, but it's no longer a secret already.

Ron Ng & Kate Tsui Kiss on the Streets

Ron Ng and Kate Tsui were photographed kissing passionately in public last night!

But they were only doing it for upcoming drama "Forensic Heroes 3." Kissing in the public for drama last night, Kate frankly admitted she was a little embarrassed.

"I played Ron's girlfriend several times already. But these kind of scenes were filmed in the studio before, not like this time on the streets, especially during rush hour. So it's quite embarrassing."

Once kissed Bosco Wong and Kenneth Ma and now Ron, Kate was asked who is the best at kissing. She turned embarrassed again.

"Don't ask these type of embarrassing questions you guys. But should be Ron, since we're closed, just like brothers."

Ron expressed he is well prepared for this scene and didn't feel embarrassed.

"It's just for work. Just a light kiss, not french kiss," he said. "In order to prepare for this scene, I didn't eat garlic and things like that to avoid bad breaths."

Kate Tsui Denies Always NG During Filming

Actors from "Forensic Heroes 3" attended to the blessing ceremony of their drama yesterday. Kate Tsui was reported always NG during filming because she didn't prepare enough. Yesterday she calmly denied the reports and called herself a serious actress.

"Filming lasted until 6AM. It was windy and cold that day. I NG because the wind messed up my hair. I don't have that much NG during filming. I still filmed during New Years even when I had a fever. I'm a very serious actress."

TV King Wayne Lai supported Kate and said even he would NG: "Every actor is prepared for their part, but of course we would NG, because scripts are quite hard to remember. Even I NG!"

As for Ron Ng, he expressed he just lost his iPad; he left his iPad in the restroom when he was washing hands. Asked whether he is afraid of intimate photos leaking, he denied having those photos and the most valuable thing is actually his scripts: "In fact my scripts are the most valuable. I need to download them again."

Wayne Lai Lets Ron Ng Handle Rumors

Wayne Lai, Ron Ng, and Kate Tsui, etc attended to the costume fitting of "Forensic Heroes III." Female lead Charmaine Sheh was absent from the event. First time collaborating with Charmaine, Wayne said: "Can't wait. It's hard to collaborate with Charmaine in the same drama. (Afraid of rumors?) I'll let Ron handle it! I don't have experience in this field, he's good at it!"

Ron immediately shout "don't do this to me!" when he heard Wayne said that. He even passed this "job" to Edwin Siu and Aimee Chan. Once had rumors with Charmaine and Kate, he once again denied having a romantic relationship with the two and stressed he bought the watch with his on money [it was rumored Charmaine bought a watch for Ron as a gift]. When he was taking photos with his other rumored girlfriend Kate, the two did not seem to be embarrassed at all. Kate is prepared to face rumors again: "If I can choose, of course I hope there won't be rumors! I'll do my part well and won't think too much."

Ron Ng Can't Show Up to Receive TV King Award

Seems Ron Ng does not have to prepare a thank-you speech.

Cable TV in Hong Kong is holding a television awards ceremony "Cable TV 2010 Best Dramas" in January. Winners are viewers voted and TVB actor Ron Ng, who is nominated with Mainland drama "Pretty Maid" (大丫鬟), is in the top 5 of the race for "Best Actor," receiving 47% votes so far.

Voting is closing this coming Thursday (January 6) and it seems Ron is a sure win. However, because he is from TVB, he might not attend to Cable TV's awards ceremony.

Currently filming TVB's upcoming drama <抉宅男女>, Ron is happy to hear that he is nominated but is not sure whether he would attend to the show that night: "You guys don't have to make it complicated. I filmed 'Pretty Maid' in Mainland and it was sold to Cable TV. I'll let my company arrange everything for me."

TVB high executive Virginia Lok expressed they would consider the type of the event then decide whether would arrange Ron to appear.

Even if Ron is not showing up, Cable TV already announced that it would place the award on an empty chair, representing Ron, to present the award to him.

As for it is possible that Raymond would take his role, he said: "Actually everyone knows the leads in the sales presentation promotion clips won't necessary be arranged to shoot the drama. Plus, I heard this drama to start shooting in March. I need to shoot "Forensic Heroes 3" by then, so there's a schedule conflict, can't shoot this drama at all." Raymond Lam Takes Off Kate Tsui's Clothes and Has A Dance Battle With Guests

Four shows of "COME 2 ME BEAUTY LIVE ON STAGE" began in HK Coliseum last night. Raymond Lam changed his usual prince image and dyed his hair black and white. He appeared in a shiny suit and white skirt and danced with sexy female dancers. Raymond was very excited and said: "Thank you! Another year already. I'm still having an aftertaste of last year's concert. Hope today reaches 200 points!"

Female model touches all over body

Later Ramond changed a white shirt and showed up with four sexy models in a silver car. One of the models was Cathy Tsui look-a-like. The four girls gently caressed Raymond's body to warm up. Then Kate Tsui, wearing a bra top and jacket, showed up. Raymond dirty danced with her. Besides touching waist and back, Raymond also took off Kate's jacket and exposed her career line. The audience screamed with excitement again.

Later, another guest Ron Ng showed up and danced with Raymond. Kate and other models joined the battle. But Ron's moves seemed stiffy. After they danced, Raymond said: "Thanks to these two brothers, I didn't treat Kate like a girl."

Bosco Wong Agrees Tacitly Myolie Wu is His Girlfriend

Source: Mingpao
Translated by: KAY
Ron Ng, Bosco Wong, and JJ Jia were promoting for TVB's J2 program yesterday. JJ belly-danced and grabbed more attention than the two siu-sangs.

Bosco has been following World Cup matches lately, asked whether he treated rumored-girlfriend Myolie Wu coldly? He joked: "No, when the World Cup is on, girlfriends around the world have to give in!" Bosco agreed tacitly Myolie's status as his girlfriend. He also expressed she is not interested in football and refused to enjoy the game with him.

Ron admitted he is a fan of Spain's football team, but he didn't gamble, he said: "I don't have this type of luck, I earn money with hardwork." Asked whether he's afraid to dance battle with Bosco, who learned Hip Hop before, in their new MV? Ron joked: "I've been dancing ballet, this time based on director's request, one hard one soft, I'm responsible with the soft part, and Bosco is responsible with the hard part."

Bosco Wong and Ron Ng Replace Super4 to Sing For 'World Cup'

Source: Next Magazine
Translated by: KAY

Jade Solid Gold's ratings dropped lately, TVB can't push its singers to the top. Taking the advantage of World Cup popularity, TVB GM Mona Fong tried other ways to save themselves and ordered Bosco Wong and Ron Ng to sing theme song for World Cup related Korean drama "Heading to the Ground."

Too Nervous, Sing Wrong Lyrics

Last Saturday (June 12), Bosco and Ron arrived at TV City to work, recording theme song and filming MV for Korean drama "Heading to the Ground," which would be released after World Cup programs and would be played three times a day. Because the two suddenly received this notice a day before, they weren't prepared and had to cram.

Busy filming TV series and only got 2-hours of sleep, Ron seemed to be energetic, but in fact he still sang wrong lyrics even looking at them, and Bosco, who stood outside the camera, had to remind Ron often. However, even Bosco him who was looking at the lyrics also, sang the wrong lyrics along with Ron. Time was short, the director skipped to film Bosco's part. Bosco had to dance and create dance steps at the same time. He was nervous that he sweated a lot, but he still found joy in sorrows, teasing himself using Raymond Lam's concert theme: "We're Let's get wet."

Also notified in a rush, Syre Ma is the female lead in the MV and she just has to dance. But although she she has a base in Chinese dance, she was still challenged when she suddenly required to dance flamenco.

Mona Fong Requests to Change People

"Orginally Super4 (TVB's new idol group) already recorded the theme song and choregraphed the dance, ready to film MV on the 9th of this month. But after the meeting, everything had to stop all of a sudden. It's known Mona Fong wants to change them. Super4 are all newcomers and not many people know them. Plus this song is played after World Cup programs, and has to be played several times a day, MV will be played in TVB, so it's decided to find some popular artistes to sing it. Bosco released his album lately, he is in his promotion period, it can promote his popularity," staff disclosed.

As for taking this chance away from Super4, Bosco and Ron didn't know what is going on: "We both received a notice a day before to film MV. Whether this song is World Cup or drama theme song, we don't know, but we would try our best to corporate with our company."

Moses Chan Won't Pick Bernice or Charmaine, Picks His Mom

Moses Chan, Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, and Linda Cheung attended to the costume fitting for TVB new series "How Can Ah Sir Is Ah Sir?" / "Yes Sir, No Sir" (點解阿SIR係阿SIR). The four is arranged to develop a 4-triangle romance relationship. Asked Moses, who plays an undercover, if he has to pick from Tavia and Linda, who would he pick? He immediately expressed that he would pick both. Asked does his decision reflects to reality? (Bernice Liu and Charmaine Sheh) He said embarrassingly: "It's not like that. In reality, I would pick my mom."

Tavia expressed her mother is the happiest knowing she can film this series because her mother always hope she can become a teacher or police. Now being able to play a teacher, that counts as fulfilling her mother's wish. She joked: "In the series, I will show up in a 18-year-old student look, it's a pretty cute look."

Ron expressed earlier he went abroad for jobs, earning extra cash. He said it's quick and good earning, he's willing to go to Mainland for it: "But because of this series, I rejected several Mainland series, although I lost 7-digit pa, but it's okay, I think it's a happy thing to film TVB series."

Ron Ng expresses new series won't be victimized

TVB's new series, "A Chip Off the Old Block" will air after "Beyond the Realm of Conscience". Actors including Ron Ng, Myolie Wu, Sunny Chan, Shirley Yeung, Louis Yuen, Nancy Wu, etc. went to promote in an ancient Cantonese restaurant in Central yesterday. Because it's broadcasting during vacation (Christmas and New Year), it was said won't have good ratings. Although pressured, but they are confident and Ron even said ratings will hit 32 points.

It's pressured to air right after "Beyond", which received very high ratings. Myolie pointed out the two ("A Chip" & "Beyond") are different genres of series. She doesn't worry it will be victimized because it's TVB who decide when to launch a series. Sunny Chan is also confident and said he performed the best in this series compared to the ones he filmed these years.
