Twins Tease Themselves For Being Too Old

Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung appeared at the Jade Solid Gold event last night together. Gillian's song "Give Up the Past" is one of the winning songs in the JSG Selection Round 1. As part of Twins, she expressed they will start having celebration events for Twins' 10th year anniversary: "This year is the 10th year anniversary of Twins. We will shoot CD cover later and launch a photo album. It will be released around July."

Asked whether they didn't want to compete with "lang mo" (pseudo models), Charlene said there is no way they will win. Gillian also added: "We are not selling our photo album in book fair. Plus we are not as young and pretty as they are. Twins is already out for 10 years."

In addition, as for ex Ronald Cheng was snapped shopping baby products with pregnant girlfriend Sammie Yu, Charlene said: "Congratulations. This is my fourth time saying it. I already answered last time. No need to say it again."

Ah Sa Surprises Ah Gill With An Unexpected Appearance

Gillian Chung (Ah Gill) recently released her new EP "Move On" and held an album signing in Tuen Mun yesterday. A male model named Alex was arranged to appear and Ah Gill was to draw on his arm. The model was nervous that his arm was shaking. Ah Gill had to hold his arm so it would be easy for her to draw.

Ah Gill's new EP talks about her personal feelings and she disclosed she is always mistaken as "black-faced goddess." She said: "They said I'm the No.1 black-faced goddess, but I'm not! I try to smile even when I'm not happy, but sometimes it's very hard to force that!"

After the event ended, the singer got onto the car and ready to leave. But she was surprised to see her good sister Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) in the car! Earlier the day, Ah Sa disclosed on Weibo that she was in a "secret mission," which was actually to make an unexpected appearance to surprise her fellow Twins member.

Twins Has A Hard-luck Concert in Macau

Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) and Gillian Chung (Ah Gill) reunited as Twins again to hold their "Everyone Bounces Up Concert" in Macau last night. However, the group experienced many hard luck moments. Ah Gill's long wig almost fell off as she danced and needed Ah Sa to fix for her. Then later when they were supposed to sing "Female School Boy Students," only the music was played but no one appeared on the stage. The reason for that is because the girls' outfits broke accidentally during changing and they could not show up on time.

Besides these little accidents, Ah Gill also had a slip of tongue during the event. Ah Sa disclosed Twins plan to release a Mandarin album next year, and Ah Gill replied: "Wait until when it really is out."

Then during interviews when Ah Sa was asked whether she knows about divorced couples can equally share their properties, Ah Gill said: "Then you are benefited!," making Ah Sa quite embarrassed. Ah Sa said: "I don't need it. As long as everyone is happy. I'm saying this again, Ronald and I finished necessary procedures already. Hope everyone is happy." When asked why she did not invite boyfriend William Chan as guest, she said: "Ask our company."

But there were indeed some touching moments at the concert. It was Ah Sa's birthday (lunar calendar) andAh Gill and their fans sang a birthday song together. Ah Gill said emotionally: "These 9 years working with Ah Sa, we have to separate because of some matters..." Her tears was dropping by then. Ah Sa replied: "Got it!"

Twins' concert in Macau is the first stop of their world tour this year and they plan to go to other places if there is a good response.

Twins Forget Dance Steps For Their Concert

After holding a concert as in April, Twins reunites again for another show in Macau next week (November 13). Because the members Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) and Gillian Chung (Ah Gill) are busy on their own, it is hard to take some time off and practice together for the show. After 7 months, the girls already forgot most of the dance moves. Fortunately, everything came back after they watched clips from the concert. They even teased each other of having bad memories.

CEO of Twins' record company exposed the group to release a Mandarin album next year. But the girls blamed at him for leaking the news. "You can't hold secrets. There won't be surprises when we release it next year!," Ah Sa complained on Weibo. Ah Gill expressed they hopes to arrange more time to promote and interact with fans this time.

Gillian Chung Hints Ronald Cheng Cheated

Lately it is reported Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) and Ronald Cheng are not legally divorced yet because Ronald wanted to get back with his ex. The report seems to blame the divorce to Ah Sa. As for the incident, Ah Sa's good sister Gillian Chung (Ah Gill) and manager Mani Fok commented on Weibo to speak for Ah Sa.

"No need to get mad, facts speak louder than words!," Mani wrote.

Then Ah Gill commented later. "You did what you can for the good of you both by not telling the reason for the divorce. It's not your fault."

Her comment totally hints Ronald has done something to cause the marriage to fall apart. Knowing she said something she should not said, Ah Gill immediately removed the comment from Weibo.

Yesterday she appeared at Metro radio and she expressed she does not want to talk about the incident anymore. "I just don't think it's fair for Ah Sa, that's it," she said, "You can't trust everything others said."

She denied Ah Sa told her to remove her initial comment and it is just she wants to avoid troubles.

Ah Sa and Ronald announced their divorce in March this year, stating it will be better for them both. They secretly got married in 2006 and had been hiding their marriage since then until a magazine exposed it all.

Twins Can't Forget Lip-syncing Out of Thin Air

Alan Tam, Hacken Lee, and Twins went to show in Macau earlier. Twins' Gillian Chung had a little accident that her mic didn't work all of a sudden. She got another one but it still won't work. In the end, she shared a mic with Charlene Choi and the two sang using one mic, which was a warm moment. Gillian said: "It was scary! Don't know how come there are always some accidents, thank god it was fine in the end." Twins expressed it's not the first time little accidents happened. They disclosed something about the first time they performed in Macau. They weren't popular at that time and Charlene said: "We need to lip-sync out of thin air. We didn't even have a group name. The MC introduced us as "The Most Popular Group in Hong Kong." Even I couldn't help to laugh."

In addition, Alan and Hacken teased Fala, who was the MC of the night. Hacken said: "We asked Fala what's her bottom line, she said doesn't matter. (Talk about Marie Zhuge next time?) No way, who is that? I don't know those things!"

Charlene Choi Can't Push Up Her Chest

Twins won "Metro's Mandarin National Most Popular Group" after members reunited together, but Gillian Chung missed the award ceremony due to filming. Partner Charlene Choi frankly said it was too bad but was still very happy for Twins winning this award.

Ah Sa said: "In fact, Twins has been planning to release an album, but each of us would release our own album as well." Asked whether she would be too busy working and has no time to date? Ah Sa went silent on this topic. Asked whether she wouldn't admit even when she was photographed? Ah Sa said: "No matter what, I won't open up my romantic relationship again." Ah Sa wore Blumarine's fall/winter short skirt to the event and was the sexiest dressed female singer. She joked: "I already used push up bra, but still not spectacular enough!"

Ah Sa went to promote her Mandarin album "AS A SA" in Mainland lately. She showed up in Chongqing earlier and accepted interview from the media. Talked about her current love life, she said she will not reject others introducing boyfriends to her, she feels fate is the most important. She believes she would definitely find happiness in the future. Asked whether she will not consider finding her partner in the showbiz? She said let it be and will not oppose. As right now she is still friends with Ronald Cheng and would still call each other. She does not rule out performing with him together. As for the concert Twins held in April, the 3DVD and 3DVD+2CD version of it is releasing today. The two already pre-ordered them because earlier they owed concert ticket debts to their family and friends, so now they can only settle it with DVD.
